Shipping

All candles are made to order. Please allow us up to 5 business days to hand pour and cure your candles.

Domestic Orders

All orders are sent from Toronto with Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders should arrive 3-5 business days once shipped. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

International Orders

International orders arrival varies by country. Please use our estimator at checkout for shipping costs and delivery times.

Local Pick-up

We currently offer a local pick-up option if you're located in Toronto. Exact pick-up location will be disclosed once your order is ready for pickup. The general area is Yonge and Dundas. Use code NURLOCALPICKUP91 at checkout to eliminate shipping charges.

Privacy

Nur Candles does not receive any of your credit card details when you place your order. Any personal details received from you (name, address, telephone or email address) will solely be used to process your order. 

Returns

Because we are a small business, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. Please send a message to info@nurcandles.com if you've received an incorrect or broken candle.

Please note that each candle is handmade to order by one person, no machines are involved. Slight discoloration and imperfection is normal in this case.
